Clothesline - 2016

Sheets and clothes parts, 20' x 20' and growing

This massive collection of quilted sheets and clothes parts has been an ongoing assemblage of public verses and written thoughts written by participants from our first RPM Project piece: 2407 - The House Inside My Head. From this multimedia installation’s first introduction to the public, we would ask volunteers to write down their thoughts and reactions to our work on pieces of fabrics that we provided.  In 2016, these donations were sewn, tied and knotted together to form what has become an ever-growing waterfall of personal thoughts that collectively join others during moments of contemplation and meditation.
